In addition to his medical training, Mr Kanzara holds an LLB (Hons) qualification and is a certified expert witness. This combined clinical and legal background provides a strong understanding of medico-legal principles, report structure, and the standards expected in expert instruction.
Mr Kanzara undertakes medico-legal work in both medical negligence and personal injury cases, acting for claimants and defendants, with experience including noise-induced hearing loss, including military claims, tinnitus, hearing loss, and nasal injuries. Reports are typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the volume of medical records requiring review.
